For NAN OPTIpro Follow-Up Formula, Stage 2, the manufacturer’s feeding guide recommends:

  • 150 ml boiled water
  • 6 scoops
  • Scoop weight: 3.8 g

This corresponds to Concentration Setting 16. To prepare the bottle, set the machine to Concentration 16, select your desired bottle volume and water temperature, then press Start. The Mumelle Formula Maker will automatically dispense the correct amount of water and formula powder before thoroughly mixing the bottle.
