Shipping Policy

At Mumelle, we want to get your modern parenting essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find the details of how we ship, where we deliver, and how to track your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most outlying areas across South Africa. Delivery is handled by our trusted courier partners through our shipping system, which calculates the most efficient route to your door.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 (noon) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking reference.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2 – 3 business days from dispatch
  • Regional centres and smaller towns: 3 – 5 business days from dispatch
  • Outlying and remote areas: 5 – 7 business days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary due to weather, load shedding, or other factors outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if there is a delay.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the courier service required. The exact fee will be shown to you before you confirm payment.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking reference by email. You can also track your order at any time by entering your order number or tracking reference in the tracker below.

If you would prefer to collect your order in person, you are welcome to visit our showroom during business hours:

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@mumelle.co.za so we can put it right. For more details please see our Refund and Returns Policy.
