Overview
In accordance with Section 55 and Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, our returns policy is as follows:
To begin the return process the customer must send a written notice to info@mumelle.co.za within 7 days of receipt. Once the notice has been received and accepted the customer will receive instructions on where and how to return the goods. Items sent to us without a notice will not be accepted.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all documentation, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase or proof of payment.
Products can only be returned if damaged or faulty upon delivery, or if an incorrect product was supplied. Any breakages or missing accessories should be communicated immediately.
We unfortunately do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and assessed thoroughly to ensure that it is in its original condition, approval will be communicated and only then will a refund be processed.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the payment, so kindly allow some time for the payment to reflect.

Exchanges
For all exchanges the customer should send a written notice to info@mumelle.co.za within 7 days. Once the written notice is received, communication on where and how to return the product will be sent to the customer.
Defectives
The following will not be accepted as defectives:
- Damage resulting from negligence and user abuse.
- Damage from any alterations by the customer.
- Damage from normal wear and tear.
- Damage from electrical surges.
- Damage from incorrect usage of the product.
